Shipping policy

All products labeled "ready to ship" will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days.  

Custom orders or items labeled "made to order" will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing or through correspondence with the customer.

All orders are shipped First Class via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the order.  Every order will receive a tracking number once shipping label has been printed. Expedited shipping is available; however, please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can discuss options and cost.

We understand that damage may occur during the shipping process.  Please contact us immediately once your package is delivered (within 3 days of delivery) so that arrangements can be made to either offer you a full refund or product replacement.  Please be prepared to offer a photo of the damaged package and damaged item.

Please make sure that your address is correct on your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional costs associated with reshipping the item.
