Shipping
At this time, due to the cost of shipping, neverending delays and staffing issues, we do not ship outside of the United States.
All products labeled "ready to ship" will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
Custom orders or items labeled "made to order" will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing or through correspondence with the customer.
All orders are shipped First Class via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the order. Every order will receive a tracking number once shipping label has been printed.
Expedited shipping is available; however, please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can discuss options and cost.
We understand that damage may occur during the shipping process. Please contact us immediately once your package is delivered (within 3 days of delivery) so that arrangements can be made to either offer you a full refund or product replacement.
Please be prepared to offer a photo of the damaged package and damaged item.
Please make sure that your address is correct on your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional costs associated with reshipping the item.
Returns and/or Refunds
We want you to be happy with any and all items you purchase from Soaring Spirit Designs and we want your experience to be pleasurable and worth bragging about.
If for some reason you are not happy with an item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so that we can discuss options.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at tricia@soaringspiritdesigns.com.
The buyer will be responsible for return postage and the item must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item or a date that has been agreed upon between both parties.
It is always recommended that when returning an item, the customer should use a form of "trackable" shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at tricia@soaringspiritdesigns.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tricia@soaringspiritdesigns.com.
