We want you to be happy with any and all items you purchase from Soaring Spirit Designs and we want your experience to be pleasurable and worth bragging about.
If for some reason you are not happy with an item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so that we can discuss options. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer will be responsible for return postage and the item must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item or a date that has been agreed upon between both parties. It is always recommended that when returning an item, the customer should use a form of "trackable" shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
